| This is by far the most popular beer in the Bahamas. The Kalik Lager has a share of 50% of the local beer market. The two other brands of the brewery are Kalik Gold and Kalik Light. A typical characteristic of beers from the Caraibic, is that the bottle is white/transparent (for instance St. Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago). This has some influence when they are exported to e.g. Europe, since the beers are more exposed of light in these bottles. Jeppe "Bierkönig" Bjergsø is the one responsible for this beer. |
