| Lao Brewery was established in Laos in 1971 and began its production in 1973, originally known as Brasseries et Glaci è res du Laos (BGL). The most well-known beer of the brewery is the Beer Lao. It is exported to a number of European countries (This one is bought in an Asian super market in Paris). Carlsberg is one of the owners of the brewery, and therefore Carlsberg Beer is also common in Laos. |
